As far as the hazards of low calorie beer - make sure you know that eating a very low calorie diet can put your body in starvation mode. Not only will you stop losing weight, but you'll actually have the potential to gain weight.

Even if you're not eating very low Calories and very little calories - your body can (and will) plateau, after the same amount of calories and over again. If this is the case for most people, they are frustrated to give up their diet and binge eating. They do this over and over again and it causes an unhealthy cycle for body and mind.

There is a new way of eating that many psychologists and doctors recommend that calorie cycling. With this type of food, turn the amount of calories that you eat soyour body is constantly kept "on its toes". You can't plateau because your body never knows what's coming to it. This diet has very high success rates because not only do people enjoy being on it for the quick results, but it's also healthy and psychologically sound.
