Hello HCG Family... here is an update of my release on the HCG protocol. Please share your thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc with me. I am learning so much from you and will continue to share as many great tips as I learn. My stats: Started Day 1 Phase 1 135.4 lbs; 31.5% body fat This morning, Day 6 Phase 2 128.8 lbs; 30.3% body fat; 48.3% water; 4.6 lbs bone mass and 1935 calories a day to maintain I share in this video tricks I have learned: keeping the sublingual mixture for over 15 minutes before swallowing it; ways to increase percentage of water in my body; and how to enjoy social events where wine and food pairing is part of the main event. Keep up all the good work and happy release. x **Please notes, above numbers are taken from my Tanita BC-534 scale which is known to be consistently inaccurate. Water is % water estimated in the body. Bone mass is calculated bone mass mineral in the body. Calories is estimate number of calories a user of the scale can eat in a 24 hour period to maintain the previous statistics. Can age is according to my basal metabolic rate.
