I do intervals on the treadmill 3 times a week and I lift weights 3 times a week - alternating between upper and lower body workouts. I eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, try to make them evenly spaced (2-1/2 to 3 hours apart), and I avoid empty calories such as white bread, pasta and sugar (although one day a week - usually Saturday - I eat what I want, including pasta, burgers, sugar, etc) I also avoid alcohol most days - Friday and Saturday being the exceptions (I'm trying to start a ...
