Delightfully Scented Cinnamon Apple Bread for Christmas

This is a perfect recipe for Christmas and Christmas have a recipe for children to help them with the holiday baking!

Ingredients:

2 1 / 2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 / 4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup sugar

1 / 2 cup butter (melted)

1 egg (beaten)

1 / 2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup peeled, sliced apples

1 / 2 cup raisins

1 / 2 cup chopped pecans(optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a large bowl flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Fold chopped apples, raisins and pecans (if used). Put the dough in a lightly greased loaf pan. Top with chopped pecans (if used).

Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes or until cooked through the middle. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before you let it cool down completely to a wire rack.

You canSugar substitute in this recipe, but I recommend replacing with half and half reas sugar, if you are not diabetic. Diabetics should use their favorite sugar substitute, they rely on for baking.

- Forget the diet. So do not dump your diet completely or you may regret in the new year, just do not focus on it. If you constantly worry about your diet or how many pounds you may gain during the holidays, you are probably eating more. Instead, concentrate on the wonderful company you are not worried so much about sharing food.
