Recipes - Tilapia Fish Stew

One of the best fish soup recipe I learned this one, which is a simple dish with great taste with just a few ingredients. The clam juice is what this recipe the tasty results. Simple to create and works best with tilapia fish, I'm pretty sure you will find this absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 / 3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes (about1 medium tomato)
2 teaspoons tomato paste.
8 ounces clam juice
2 / 3 cup dry white wine
1 1 / 2 lb tilapia fillets cut into 2-inch pieces
Touch of dry oregano, Tabasco, thyme, pepper
Salt

Method

1 The olive oil in a heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté 4 minutes and you can also add some celery and mushrooms in this space for more flavor. Add parsley and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes andTomato paste and cook for 2 minutes longer.
